Absolutely. This is the most common request in HSR. She will use colour‑coded cutting boards, separate fridge sections, and label containers. She is meticulous about avoiding cross‑contamination and will never mix up the vegan butter with the regular one.
Is she comfortable working in a house where the living room is also an office?
Very much so. She understands the need of a quiet environment during a call, will dust around your monitors without disturbing cables, and will wipe the whiteboard only if explicitly told. She is used to the startup home setup.
How does she handle the laundry for 3–4 bachelors?
She will run multiple loads, hang them to dry, and then sort the dry clothes into individual flatmate-specific piles or baskets. She can even manage a simple tagging system if required. No more mystery underwear mixing.
We have a cat. Will she clean the litter and feed her?
Yes. Most of our HSR all‑rounders are pet‑friendly. She will clean the litter box daily, refill the food and water bowls, and vacuum the cat hair from the sofa and carpets. She'll also ensure the cat doesn't escape when the door is open.
What if I need her to stay late because of a late‑night deployment?
We match you with candidates who have flexible schedules. If you need her to stay until 11 PM on a specific day, she will (with prior notice). She lives nearby, so late commute is rarely an issue.
How is her background verified given she'll be in a startup home with expensive gadgets?
Every candidate undergoes police verification and Aadhaar authentication. We also take detailed references from previous employers. In HSR, many of our candidates come through word‑of‑mouth within the apartment complex communities, adding an extra layer of trust.
