RentAMaids247 began operations in Bagalur when organized domestic help was almost non-existent. Families depended on word-of-mouth references with zero accountability. We changed that by opening a small coordination office near the Bagalur police station. Today, we have over 85 active domestic workers — women from surrounding villages like Mylanahalli, Doddajala, and Rajanukunte — all trained in modern safety, hygiene, and customer communication.
Our approach combines village-level trust with urban transparency. Each worker is interviewed by our local supervisor (a Bagalur resident), and we conduct surprise spot-checks to ensure quality. We also help workers open bank accounts and provide them with accidental insurance — a first in this region.
