Master Service Agreement • Version 2.0
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using RentaMaids 247 services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions in this agreement. This constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Client") and the Company.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Company operates as a technology-driven aggregator connecting domestic workers with households. Services include Cleaning, Cooking, Baby Care/Nanny, and All-Rounder (Premium).
3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
- Provide a safe, hazard-free working environment
- For Live-in: Provide private sleeping area, 3 meals/day, access to clean facilities
- Treat maids with dignity and respect
- Zero tolerance for any form of abuse
4. MAID RIGHTS
- Right to refuse unsafe or illegal work
- 8 continuous hours of rest at night (Live-in)
- 2 days off per month or 1 weekly off
- Up to 2 days paid sick leave per month
5. FINANCIAL TERMS
- Platform Fee is non-refundable 48 hours after maid joins duty
- Monthly salary due by 5th of each month
- Overtime: Rs. 100/hour beyond 10 hours/day
- GST of 18% applicable on Platform Fee
6. REPLACEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
- Unlimited replacements for first 30 days
- Up to 3 replacements during 11-month contract
- New profiles within 48-72 hours
- Full refund if cancelled >24 hours before start
7. LIABILITY
The Company acts as a facilitator. We are not liable for property loss, personal disputes, or accidental breakage. Clients must keep valuables locked.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by Indian law. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes are first attempted through mediation, then arbitration.
